Frequently asked questions

Select the items from the online shop you wish to purchase and add these to your basket. When you are ready to checkout, you will be asked to create an account and enter your details. Having an account will allow you to manage and keep track of your purchase(s). Please note, you will NOT receive marketing or promotional material unless you have chosen to subscribe to our site.

In order to complete a purchase from our online store, or to order a bespoke commission, you will need to register on our website so that we can manage these for you and communicate with you about them.

To register, click on the 'register' link in the top right hand corner of the website which will take you to our registration page. On this page you will be asked for your name and email address. You will also be asked to choose a username and password which you will need to remember to log back into your account later (please see our FAQ 'I can't remember my password. How can I login?' for information about what to do if you forget!) Please note that passwords are case-sensitive.

If you forget your password, please click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link just beneath the 'log in' link in the top right hand corner. This will enable you to have your password reset. You will need to supply either your username, or the email address we have for you to do this (so we can identify your account).

When you do this, the website will generate a new random password for you and send it to the email address you have set on your account. You can then use this to log in. Once logged in, you can change the random password to something else if you like by going to 'My Details' and changing it there.

You can update your personal details by logging in and going to 'My Details' on the user menu. Here you can change the name we use for you, your password and update your coimmunications preferences.

You cannot change your username but if you really want to do this, please contact us and we will arrange for our website developers to do this for you.
