Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Once payment has been verified, goods will be sent By First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to UK residents

Returns

Payment for unsatisfactory or damaged goods will be refunded on receipt of the returned item and all components. You should notify me in advance of your intention and reason for returning goods. Always obtain a certificate of posting.

Alterations

Alterations are free of charge (postage excluded) providing that the materials required (if lengthening goods) does not constitute more than 3-4 inches in length. For alterations/modifications outside these parameters please email or telephone to discuss.
